If I sign-up, do I get to access everything?
Yes, certainly. You gain to access all our current and new courses without any limits.
How do I pay?
You may pay via PayPal, credit or debit card. We use PayPal as our payment gateway which also accepts credit card and debit card without PayPal account. We offer monthly, yearly and one-off payment plans. The more you pay upfront, the more discount you get.
We plan to support other payment options in the future.
Can I cancel my membership plan anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime for the monthly or yearly plan. But of course, we hate to see you go. So, please contact us before you hit the cancel button. Maybe we can convince you to stay.
Do you provide certificate of completion?
Yes, we do. Each time you completed a course, we award you with a certificate which you can download from our website and print.
Do you offer student discount?
Hmmm, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Am I allowed to share my account with another person?
No, you’re not allowed to share your membership account with another individual. That is a violation of our use policy and we may terminate your account without any refunds.
Are there any subtitles in your videos?
At the moment, the answer is no. But, we are trying to offer our courses and live mentorships in a variety of languages. So, if there are enough demands, we will do it. Meantime, we will continue to use simple English which is our motto – keep things simple.
Do you offer subscription for companies?
Yes, we are working on this. Please contact us and we could offer something for your team.
Do you offer refunds?
Sorry, technically we do not offer refunds as our prices are already very affordable. If you’re somehow unsatisfied with our content or service, please contact us. We will see what we can do.
